Only use account with event listing within a week+- of the event start date. Let's say the date is 09.20 now and the event is on 09.28 - it's good account.
Method 1 (Highest success rate):
Use Opera browser to log in.
Lets say the persons pay out paypal is jiml154@gmail.com make a new email account similiar to the owners, Example:jimI154@gmail.com and etc.
Make a new paypal with the new email you created and with the cracked owners personal information which you can find in Viagogo addresses.
Change the payout email in Viagogo settings to your similiar email that you just created.
Important for this method!!!!

NEVER LOGOUT FROM VIAGOGO
NEVER CLEAR BROWSER HISTORY OR COOKIES IN OPERA
