These tips actually helped me alot trough my SE experience
[hide]
Here's tip number 1,
Always seem inocent.
This works great, especially when regarding electronics, things bound to malfunction, the more you seem like you have.no idea what's going on, the more friendly the agent is going to be towards you.
Tip number 2,
Compare to competitor companies
This seems to get their attention, when you mention that you will switch to another company's products if the problem is no handled. This works mainly when they offer no help at all.
Tip number 3,
Be thankful
Make the agent feel like they are amazing, always say thanks, try to stay away from the slang be proper. This just helps with your case. Be sure to let them.know that even the slightest help is great.
Tip number 4,
Act dumb
When the rep asks you, "What is the PID?" Don't immediately give them the PID, take your time, even ask where do you find it. This makes it seem like you really have the item in hand.
