4. Order a windows vps (rdp) and set the payment method as 2Checkout // Credit

5. Now use the same state socks5 as that of the card you are going to
in use
6. connect with the socks5, connect to the site and go to pay.
7. Fill in the credit card details on 2checkout and continue to pay.
8. Once payment is complete, your server will be ready
