Giving this out as i see people selling these phones at dumb stupid prices so ill be that guy

What you need:
- IMEI of the Phone you want.
- S/N of the phone you want/
- Dry ice for boxing or a Dry Ice boxing service.
- Burner Sim
- A drop if you’re scared of a bill or just a false name.
1. Find your local contact no. for Samsung, for me this is found at: https://www.samsung.com/uk/info/contactus/
2. Wait for a rep, answer all their questions and tell them that your phone just will not turn on. They will try to troubleshoot with you, bullshit them that nothing is working possibly even act frustrated.
3. They will ask you to hold then possibly ask you to troubleshoot more. Act the same again and they should eventually offer you the replacement (Try to avoid specifically asking for it).
4. (Optional) You can mention that you use the phone for work and that you’ve heard companies do something called “Advanced Replacements”. The rep may tell you he can do something for you and that way you get your phone quicker.

5. You’ll be sent a label, simply box them with Dry Ice (REQUIRED!!!).
6. Once they receive the package they may contact you saying your package was empty, you need to be adamant that you sent the phone and it was stolen. They will say that they’re sending you a replacement as a gesture of good will.
