As you all may know dorks are the key to getting combos, this is because dorks scrape urls and check them for exploitables. The quality of dorks doesn't necessarily mean the amount urls the dork finds but hq dorks mean that the dork scrapes in urls with combos you are looking for.

e.g. If you were looking for a gaming database you would not use this:
[font=Whitney,].blog?_sac== "connect?page_id=3167&scope=public_profile%2Cemail"[/font]

This dork is shit and will not get you anything. Although the dork looks complex and high quality, it won't scrape in any good urls.

A simpler dork such as:
intext: mobile-game.php?id=

Is a lot better and a lot smarter, this dork doesn't only give you a higher url rate but it also looks for mobile game websites that could possible have a good database in. Remember, It is also based around luck.

REMEMBER, Because some dorks look longer and more complex doesn't always mean they are hq.
