1. Get a Service Tag Under 30 days old (Selly.gg/@davidtitties)
2. contact them saying that the screen/display has black lines through it and it is dim.
3. Say that you tried LED BIST test and that it still is dim and has black lines through it
4. If they ask for picture of the display say you only have one and send them the attached
5. If they offer express or return, push for exchange, say you need it everyday and it's useable via a monitor but you're missing on important meetings as you cant bring the monitor with you
6. If they still don't offer exchange, ask for supervisor, and they will initiate exchange
